I led the development of Azerbaijan’s first fully digital end-to-end CASCO sales flow, transforming a traditionally manual and time-heavy process into a seamless online experience.
- Problem: The original flow was long, fragmented, and caused high drop-off rates.
- Solution:
- Reduced the journey from 14 pages and 42 inputs down to 6 pages and 15 inputs.
- Integrated third-party services to auto-fill data, improving accuracy and minimizing manual input.
- Designed a user-behavior–driven flow that enabled fully digital policy purchases without human intervention.
- Impact:
- Reduced sales cycle time from 21 hours to 3 minutes.
- Enabled end-to-end digital sales, eliminating manual handovers.
- Pioneered a new user-first standard for insurance in Azerbaijan.

PASHA Insurance – Lead Management Platform Redesign & Refactoring

The existing lead management system was built on server-side ASP Web Forms, making it slow, rigid, and cluttered with unnecessary inputs. It frustrated sales teams and created friction in lead conversion.
- Problem:
- Legacy ASP Web Forms architecture slowed down performance.
- Lead creation required too many unnecessary inputs.
- Lead details pages were cluttered and inefficient for day-to-day use.
- Solution:
- Reduced lead creation inputs to only essential fields. (From 13 to 6)
- Refactored the entire API collection to streamline data flows across all modules.
- Redesigned and optimized the lead details page for clarity and usability.
- Impact:
- Significantly improved platform performance and response speed.
- Accelerated sales team workflows, reducing time spent per lead.
- Increased adoption and satisfaction by giving teams a faster, cleaner, and more reliable tool.
